HELLO, I'M MARK
Certified Life Coach/ Business Coach.
My mission extends beyond coaching; it’s about connecting with each individual’s story and aspirations.
My journey into coaching stemmed from a deep-rooted desire to see people flourish in all aspects of their lives. Having navigated both triumphs and challenges in my own life, I understand the intricate dance of personal and professional growth.
This journey isn’t just about reaching goals; it’s about discovering who you are and what you can become along the way.
Law Inforcement
I am originally from the great state of Georgia(yes, maybe a slight southern accent). I graduated from high school and played on the football and baseball team at Oklahoma State University (Go Polks!). I eventually graduated with a Bachelor's degree with honors from East Carolina University. At this point, I was stuck. At the time, becoming a Psychologist wasn't for me. I wanted different life experiences. So after careful deliberation, I joined the Charleston Police Department as a Police Officer in Charleston, South Carolina. After many different roles in Law Enforcement including Criminal Investigations Division (CID), Vice, and Field Training Officer, my favorite aspect was helping new officers as an FTO become the safest and best Officers possible. But after being in Law Enforcement, I decided I wanted something a little more challenging.

Helicopter Pilot
During my time as in Law Enforcement, I was lucky enough to get to be able to go up in a helicopter. I was immediately hooked and ended up in Helicopter Flight School in Florida 6 months later. This was a demanding learning curve and took 9 months full time training but I went from zero hours to Commercial Pilot and Certified Instrument Flight Instructor (CFII) during that time. My first job took me to Billings, MT and Broomfield, CO where I was flight instructor for over 3 years. This was my favorite job ever as I was always thrilled when one of my students completed their ratings. As of today, over 500 pilots are flying around the world that I taught which is by far my greatest achievement in life. Learning to fly a helicopter is extremely tough! This experience helps me to relate to others in my coaching. I also flew for the oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and as EMT pilot and amassed around 4000 hours of flight time.

Private Investigator/ Entrepreneur
I never intended to be a private investigator or an entrepreneur. After 2 years of working for another company, I decided to start my own company in January of 2015 (Foxtrot1, LLC). Starting a brand new business with no mentor or assistance was incredibly tough and took many years to become successful. It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. Business has been amazing but again, my favorite part has been hiring the over 100 employees that I currently having and mentoring and training them. It is so rewarding to see the growth of my employees and a big part of what has led me to coaching

Coaching
Throughout my various professional experiences, I have come to realize that life coaching was an essential element of my career path. While each role has offered its own unique rewards, the most fulfilling moments have consistently emerged from coaching and mentoring others. Guiding individuals towards their personal and professional growth has not only allowed me to share my knowledge and insights but has also enriched my own life. The transformative impact of supporting others on their journeys has made me appreciate the significance of this aspect of my work. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group workshops, the joy of witnessing someone's progress and success reaffirms my commitment to this vital role in their lives. As I continue to evolve in my career, I remain dedicated to fostering an environment where growth, understanding, and empowerment can thrive.
